Iñaki Armendia

He advises national and international clients on operations involving mergers and acquisitions, funding rounds, ESOP plans, implementations, joint ventures and other collaborative setups. He also provides recurring commercial advice on corporate and contractual issues to various Spanish companies and international groups with interests in Spain. 

He is secretary to the Board of Directors at all manner of businesses, from holdings to industrial companies, multinationals, family businesses and start-ups, R+D+i centre spin-offs, and organisations owned by the workforce and management.
