Sergio Serrano

He is a professional at BSK, where he serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO), overseeing and managing hybrid infrastructures across all offices (Bilbao, Donostia, Pamplona and Vitoria). His responsibilities include the implementation and administration of cutting-edge technology solutions, with a focus on operational efficiency and user support.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, he has managed hybrid Linux/Windows/MacOS infrastructures across networks with more than 200 workstations. He also leads technology optimization projects. Before joining BSK, he spent 15 years as IT Manager at a marketing company, where he managed technology operations across seven locations in five countries, contributing to both organic and inorganic growth.  

In addition to overseeing technological infrastructure, he is always available to provide support and guidance to his colleagues, ensuring that the solutions deployed enhance their tasks and improve internal processes.
