Saioa Egaña

She is partner in the Public Sector Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has spent all of her professional career. 

She specialises in public procurement, chiefly with organisations working in the Public Sector, across a range of legal formats (public authorities, businesses, foundations, associations, public-law bodies etc.). 

She is involved in a large number of tendering procedures throughout all their phases (preparation, award, effects, performance and termination of contracts), and also offers legal assistance for special procurement appeals. 

She also advises on various areas of administrative law, such as administrative procedures, subsidies and sponsorship, and the internal functioning of public enterprises and non-profitmaking organisations.
