Saioa Egaña

She is partner in the Public Sector Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has spent her entire professional career.  

She specializes in public procurement, primarily advising organizations in the public sector, including public authorities, companies, foundations, associations and other public-law entities. 

She is actively involved in numerous public tendering procedures throughout all phases, from preparation and award to contract performance and termination, and also provides legal assistance in special procurement appeals. 

Additionally, she advises on various areas of administrative law, including administrative procedures, subsidies and sponsorships, as well as on the rules governing the internal functioning of public companies and non-profit organizations.
