Rodrigo Gallardo is a lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Vitoria-Gasteiz office), which he joined in 2019 after more than 5 years at other law firms in Bilbao and Madrid.

He specializes in commercial law, advising both national and international clients on corporate matters, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financing transactions.

He also provides legal advice to clients across various sectors, mainly in the industrial and agri-food sectors. Additionally, he serves as Secretary and Vice-Secretary non-member on the Boards of Directors of several companies.
