Rodrigo Gallardo is lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Vitoria-Gasteiz office), which he joined in 2019 after more than 5 years at other law firm's offices in Bilbao and Madrid.

He specialises in commercial law. He advises national and foreign clients on corporate issues and commercial contracts, and also on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financing operations.

He likewise advises clients from a range of sectors, mainly industrial organisations and businesses operating in food and agriculture, on corporate issues and contracts, and acts as Non-director Secretary or Deputy Secretary on the boards of a number of companies.
