Raquel Pérez

She is co-head of the Tax Department at BSK’s Vitoria-Gasteiz office. 

Her practice focuses on tax law, with regular advisory services on general corporate tax matters under the legal frameworks of the Basque Country and Navarra, as well as Spanish common-territory systems, and on corporate restructuring. 

She has extensive experience advising family businesses, particularly in the analysis and implementation of corporate restructuring processes, as well as in the ownership and inheritance of personal and business assets. 

A frequent speaker at specialized seminars and conferences, she also contributes regularly to specialist publications.
