Raquel Pérez

She is co-head of the Tax Department at BSK (Vitoria-Gasteiz office). 

She works professionally with tax law, and also regularly advises on general company tax - for the legal systems of the Basque Country and Navarra and also common-territory systems - and on business restructuring. 

She has a wealth of experience in advice for family businesses (analysis and execution of business restructuring processes), in addition to the holding and succession transmission of personal and business assets. 

She is a frequent speaker at specialist seminars and conferences, and also writes regularly in specialist periodicals.
