Nohán Alberdi

He is partner in the commercial department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where he has spent his entire professional career. 

He specialises in commercial law, specifically mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate law. 

He has worked on many operations involving the acquisition and sale of businesses (representing both buyers and sellers), mergers, spin-offs and business restructuring. 

He also provides recurring corporate and contractual advisory for clients operating in a range of sectors, and is non-director board secretary for a number of businesses. 

He is an expert in creating corporate mechanisms to prevent conflict (shareholder agreements, syndication agreements etc.), and in resolving corporate conflicts.
