Nohán Alberdi

He is a partner in the Commercial Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where he has developed his entire professional career. 

He specializes in commercial law, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate law. 

He has been involved in numerous transactions, including the sale and purchase of companies (representing both buyers and sellers), mergers, spin-offs, and corporate restructuring. 

He also provides ongoing corporate and contractual advisory services to clients across various sectors and serves as Secretary non-member of the Board of Directors of several companies. 

An expert in creating corporate mechanisms to prevent conflicts (such as shareholder agreements and syndication agreements), he also advises on resolving corporate disputes.
