Nekane Calleja

She is a lawyer in BSK’s Public Sector Department (Donostia-San Sebastián office) since October 2022.  

Her work focuses on providing legal advice on public procurement for non-profit organizations and entities operating in the public sector. 

Specifically, she supports these organizations throughout all phases of public procurement procedures, including preparation, award, performance, and termination of contracts, as well as in the preparation of procurement-related appeals. 

She also assist clients on any queries regarding the functioning of the Basque Country’s Public Procurement Platform.
