Nekane Calleja

She has been a lawyer in BSK's Public Sector Department (Donostia-San Sebastián office) since October 2022. 

Her work focuses on legal advice on public procurement for non-profitmaking companies and entities operating in the Public Sector. 

Specifically, she assists these organisations with all phases of public procurement procedures (preparation, award, effects, performance and termination of contracts), and in preparing and drawing up procurement-related appeals. 

She also advises clients on any doubts concerning the functioning of the Basque Country's Public Procurement Platform.
