Nagore Ayerza

She began her professional career at an international British law firm as a lawyer in the Tax Department in Madrid. She has worked in multiple areas, with a particular focus on transactional M&A matters, as well as real estate-related cases, advising on tax aspects of SOCIMIs, NPLs, and transactions involving data centers, hotels, logistics platforms, and investment portfolios, among others.

She has also been involved in financing, refinancing, and bond issuance transactions, gaining familiarity with the taxation of financial markets and contingency analysis during the different phases of fund investment.

Additionally, she has experience in handling tax proceedings of various types, managing inspections and appeals both at the administrative and contentious-administrative levels.
