He provides ongoing advisory services, primarily related to public procurement, to organizations in the public sector across various legal structures (public authorities, businesses, foundations, associations, public-law bodies, among others).
His main responsibilities include handling numerous tender and procurement processes at all stages, including drafting bids, managing procedures, addressing issues during execution, handling amendments and overseeing contract terminations.
He specializes in advising these organizations on any issues that may arise during the tendering process, including arrangements for electronic tendering and any queries arising from the publication of announcements on contractors’ profiles.
Additionally, he has extensive experience advising and supporting Foundations in their interactions with Registries and Protectorates in both the Basque Country and at the national level.
