Mattin Astigarraga

He works in the Public Sector Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where he has spent all of her professional career. 

He provides recurring advisory, chiefly in connection with public procurement, for organisations working in the Public Sector across a range of legal formats (public authorities, businesses, foundations, associations, public-law bodies etc.). 

His main tasks in this area include numerous tender and procurement processes in all their phases (drawing up bids, carrying out the procedure, incidences in execution, amendments and contractual terminations). 

He specialises in advising these organisations on any issues that may arise throughout the tendering procedure, and in arrangements for electronic tendering and any queries arising from the publication of announcements on the contractor's profile. 

He also has extensive experience in advisory and backup for Foundations in all their relations with Registers and Protectorates in the Basque Country and the State.
