Marta Beortegui

She is a lawyer in the commercial/compliance department at BSK (Pamplona office), which she joined in September 2022 after three years at a multinational, where she worked on the deployment and development of the Corporate Compliance Programme at national and international level. 

She now works primarily on the deployment of Corporate Compliance Programmes at businesses operating in various sectors, and also monitors, reviews and updates the programmes. 

She is involved in the implementation of whistleblowing channels at companies, management of the channels, and also investigation of the incidents reported. 

She also has experience in drawing up and monitoring Anti-Moneylaundering Manuals and Anti-Fraud Plans.
