María Puig

She is a legal adviser in the Commercial Department at BSK (Pamplona office), which she joined in 2023 after completing her dual degree in Law and International Relations, thus embarking upon a phase of professional development in the commercial sector. 

She now works mostly in legal advisory in relation to commercial law, focusing on corporate law, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. 

She also offers ongoing assistance in corporate and contractual issues to clients operating in a number of different sectors, and provides backup in processes involving the acquisition and sale of businesses, and in various mergers and business restructuring processes.
