María Puig

She  is a legal adviser in the Commercial Department at BSK (Pamplona office), which she joined in 2023 after completing her dual degree in Law and International Relations, marking the beginning of her professional career in the commercial law sector.

Her work primarily focuses on providing legal advisory services in commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate law, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. 

She also offers ongoing assistance in corporate and contractual matters to clients across various sectors and assists in processes involving the acquisition and sale of businesses, as well as in mergers and corporate restructuring.
