María Eguren

María Eguren is a partner lawyer in the International Commercial Department at BSK’s Donostia-San Sebastián office, where she has spent her entire professional career since 2005. 

She specializes in commercial law, with particular expertise in commercial contracts and M&A transactions (including the sale and sale of companies, corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, among others), both in national and international projects. She coordinates her work with specialists in other legal areas and lawyers operating in other jurisdictions. 

María serves as secretary and vice-secretary non-member of the Board of Directors of several companies and provides ongoing advisory services to business groups on corporate matters and commercial contracts, such as collaboration agreements, services, agency, supply, distribution, licensing, and R&D agreements. 

She has been speaker on many courses arranged by a number of business organisations.
