María Eguren

María Eguren is a partner lawyer attached to the International Commercial Department in BSK's Donostia-San Sebastián office, where she has spent her professional career since 2005. 

She is a specialist in commercial law, and most particularly commercial contracts and M&A operations (purchase/sale of companies and businesses, corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, joint ventures etc.), on national and international projects, coordinating her work with specialists in other areas and lawyers operating in other jurisdictions. 

She is non-director secretary and deputy secretary of a number of companies, and provides a recurring advisory service for business groups in relation to corporate issues and commercial contracts (collaboration agreements, services, agency, supply, distribution, licensing and R+D etc.). 

She has been speaker on courses arranged by a number of business organisations.
