Maialen Arambarri

She is a lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), the firm she has been providing services for since 2021, having combined the latter years of her studies with internships at a number of law firms. 

Her work chiefly focuses on commercial law, and specifically corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. 

She has worked on a number of operations involving corporate restructuring, and the acquisition and sale of businesses. 

She also provides recurring corporate and contractual advisory for clients operating in a range of sectors, and is involved with administration of the Board Secretariat for a number of businesses.
