Maialen Arambarri

She is a lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), the firm she has been providing services for since 2021. During the final years of her studies, she gained practical experience through internships at several law firms.  

Her work primarily focuses on commercial law, with a particular emphasis on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.  

She has been involved in various corporate restructuring projects, as well as the acquisition and sale of companies.  

Additionally, she provides ongoing corporate and contractual advisory services to clients across a variety of sectors and assists the Secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies.
