I remember why I decided to study law. I had always wanted to be an engineer and work in the business world, with a natural affinity for logic and numbers. However, one day I realized that in law, 1 plus 1 doesn’t always equal 2—because logic can be used to support both one side and its opposite. I found this fascinating.  

I completed my studies and joined Arthur Andersen, where I had the privilege of working with some exceptional mentors who played a key role in shaping me as a lawyer.  

At the end of 1991, I made the decision to establish BSK. Over 30 years later, thanks to the dedication and passion of our outstanding professionals and the trust of our clients, we have become one of the leading law and tax advisory firms in our sector. 

Throughout my career, I have always maintained a positive approach, continuously learning, training many colleagues in law and in business and leading multidisciplinary teams. I am always striving to meet our clients’ goals and I have been by their side in both prosperous and challenging times.
