Juan Recalde

He is a partner of the Litigation Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where he has developed his professional career since the year 2000. 

He specializes in insolvency and restructuring, with extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings, the disposal of production units for liquidation purposes, and debt restructuring processes. He serves as a Bankruptcy  Receiver in bankruptcy cases and has written several publications and given lectures on the subject. 

He leads several civil and commercial legal proceedings. 

He is an arbitrator with the Gipuzkoa Chamber’s Court of Arbitration. In addition, he provides ongoing corporate and contractual advisory services to clients across multiple sectors. 

He also has experience advising non-profit organizations, having advised, among others, several technology centres, assisting with their incorporation and acting as legal advisor to their Board of Trustees.
