Juan Recalde

He is partner of the Procedural Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where he has worked on a professional basis since the year 2000. 

He is a specialist in insolvency processes and restructuring, with extensive lawyering experience in bankruptcy proceedings, the disposal of production units for liquidation purposes, and debt restructuring processes. He acts as Receiver in bankruptcy cases. He has written a number of articles and given talks on this subject. 

He heads up a number of legal processes in the civil and commercial sectors.

He is an arbitrator with the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce Arbitrational Tribunal. He also provides recurring corporate and contractual advisory for clients across a range of sectors. 

He also has experience with advisory for non-profitmaking organisation, and has advised a number of technology companies, among others, assisting with their incorporation and acting as legal adviser to the Board of Trustees.
