Juan José Ortega

He began his professional career in 2004, primarily in another national law firm, where he ran the Pamplona office. He joined BSK Legal & Fiscal in 2017. 

He has extensive experience with corporate buy-ups of corporates, assets and liabilities, and has acted as adviser to national clients and also clients from other countries. He is habitually involved in corporate restructuring processes, investment structuring, with investment agreements and shareholder agreements etc., and also in business advisory and recurring corporate advisory. 

He also adviser on corporate funding processes, syndication processes, asset acquisition financing processes and debt restructuring for companies in crisis situations, and also draws up refinancing agreements and restructuring plans. In these processes he works for both banks or creditors, and also the borrowers. 

He is a Board member and Non-Director Secretary at companies operating in various sectors - industrial, technology, foodstuffs, pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance, hotels etc.
