Juan José Ortega

He began his professional career in 2004, mainly working in another national law firm, where he managed the Pamplona office. He joined BSK Legal & Fiscal in 2017.  

He has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, including the purchase of companies, assets and liabilities, advising both national and international clients. He is regularly involved in corporate restructuring transactions, investment structuring, and the drafting of investment and shareholders’ agreements, as well as providing ongoing corporate advisory services. 

He also assist clients on corporate financing, syndicated loan processes, asset acquisition financing, and debt restructuring for companies in financial distress. In these matters, he represents both banks and creditors, as well as borrowers, and is involved in drafting refinancing agreements and restructuring plans. 

In addition, he serves as a member and Secretary non-member of the Board of Directors for companies across a range of sectors, including industrial, technology, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, and the hotel sector.
