He is partner attached to the Departments of Digital Law and Commercial Law. Since he started out he has carried out functions in relation to commercial law, specifically corporate law, commercial contracts, investment agreements and mergers and acquisitions, with recurring advisory for companies operating in various sectors, and also on processes involving the acquisition and sale of businesses, and all kinds of corporate restructuring. 

He has also become a major specialist in advisory for different kinds of businesses in relation to digital law, including protection and defence and legal transactions for literary, artistic and audiovisual property, software and other Intellectual Property rights, the design and implementation of internal AI management policies, Digital Rights in connection with employment, advice on privacy, tasks, functions as external Data Protection Officer, and representation of clients vis-à-vis Control Authorities.
