Javier Rodríguez

He began his professional career at Ramón y Cajal Abogados law firm, where he focused on commercial law, particularly on corporate matters and litigation. He provided ongoing advisory services to clients across various sectors.  

In 2017, he joined BSK and now leads its Corporate Compliance department at the Pamplona office. He specializes in implementing Criminal Risk Prevention Programs for companies, including the establishment of whistleblowing channels and fraud prevention systems for public and private sector companies. He has worked on projects with national and multinational companies of different types and sizes.  

In this regard he has organized countless conferences, both in-person and via webinars, to explain the implications of Criminal Risk Prevention Programs and whistleblowing channels, particularly in light of the approval of Law 2/2023. 

He is also a guest lecturer for the Compliance course at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Navarra.
