Javier Rodríguez

He began his professional career at the Ramón y Cajal Abogados law firm, where he worked in commercial law, particularly corporate issues, and also civil procedural law, providing recurring advisory for clients across a range of sectors. 

He joined BSK in 2017, and now heads up its Corporate Compliance area (Pamplona office), specialising in the deployment of Criminal Risk Prevention Programmes at businesses, in addition to whistleblowing channels and fraud-prevention systems at companies in the public and private sector, and has worked on operations with national organisations and multinationals of different types and sizes. 

In this regard he has arranged countless talks, either in situ or in webinar format, explaining the implications of Criminal Risk Prevention Programmes and whistleblowing channels at businesses, particularly following the introduction of Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers. 

He is currently guest lecturer on the Compliance course run by the Economics Faculty at Universidad de Navarra.
