Jaime Fanego

Jaime is partner of BSK’s Commercial Department at the Pamplona office. 

He specializes in corporate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of assets. In this area, he frequently advises on processes involving the acquisition of companies, assets, or business units, as well as investment transactions, the acquisition of a stake in share capital, and joint ventures.

 He also assists clients across various sectors with commercial contracts and has been involved in several business restructuring processes. 

Additionally, Jaime has expertise in corporate law and provides ongoing advisory services to clients in multiple industries. In certain cases, he also performs as Secretary non-member of their governing bodies.
