Jaime Fanego

Jaime is partner of BSK's Commercial Department at the Pamplona office. 

He specialises in corporate transactions and the acquisition or sale of assets. In this area he habitually advises on processes involving the acquisition of companies, assets or businesses, and also on investment operations, the acquisition of interests in share capital, and on joint venture projects. 

He also assists clients in a range of sectors with commercial contracts, and has been involved in a number of business restructuring processes. 

Jaime also has experience with corporate law, and offers recurring advisory to clients operating in various industries, and in fact carries out the secretariat functions of their governing bodies in certain cases.
