Izaskun Portillo

She is a lawyer in the Commercial Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has spent her entire professional career.

She specialises in commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate law, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. 

She has been involved in numerous transactions, including the acquisition and sale of businesses (representing both purchasers and sellers), the acquisition of interests (representing both investors and shareholders/management), as well as mergers, spin-offs, and corporate restructuring transactions. 

Additionally, she provides ongoing corporate and contractual advisory services to clients across various sectors and serves as Secretary non-member of the Board of Directors of several companies. 

She also has experience advising on transactions involving startups, from their initial growth and expansion phases to their consolidation.
