Izaskun Portillo

She is a lawyer in the Commercial Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has spent her entire professional career. 

She specialises in commercial law, specifically corporate law, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. 

She has worked on many operations involving the acquisition and sale of businesses (representing both buyers and sellers), the acquisition of interests (representing both investors and partners and/or management), and mergers, spin-offs and business restructuring. 

She also provides recurring corporate and contractual advisory for clients operating in a range of sectors, and is Non-director Board Secretary for a number of businesses. 

She also has advisory experience in operations with start-ups, from the initial phases of growth and expansion through to consolidation.
