Ione Zinkunegi

She is a lawyer in the Employment Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has worked since 2022, after starting her career as an intern at several leading Spanish law firms. 

Her expertise lies in Employment and Social Security Law, with a focus on contractual issues, litigation, administrative and penalty procedures enforced by the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate. She also has experience advising foreign nationals on immigration matters and provides counsel to companies in the research sector.
