Ione Zinkunegi

She is a lawyer in the Employment Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has worked since 2022, having begun as an intern at various leading Spanish law firms. 

She specialises in Employment and Social Security Law, specifically in relation to contractual issues, litigation, administrative and penalty procedures established by the Employment Inspectorate and Social Security. She also has experience with foreign nationals and immigration, and advisory for businesses working in research.
