Iñigo Cortés

He is a lawyer in the Commercial-International Department at BSK (Donostia / San Sebastián office), and has been with the firm since 2023. 

He specialises in commercial law, and chiefly advises on issues relating to corporate law, commercial contracts and industrial and intellectual property. 

He has been involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and in the incorporation and execution of funding rounds with start-ups. 

He works in a markedly international context, advising public companies and bodies on their cross-border activities.
