He is a lawyer in the International Commercial Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office) and has been with the firm since 2023.

His expertise lies in commercial law, with a focus on corporate law, commercial contracts, and industrial and intellectual property.

He has been involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as in the structuring and execution of funding rounds for startups.

Working in a distinctly international context, he advises companies and public entities on their cross-border activities.
