Inés Zubia

She is a lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has worked since 2021. She began her professional career at a leading Spanish law firm based in Madrid. 

Her practice primarily focuses on commercial law, with a particular emphasis on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.  

She has advised on a wide range of national and international transactions, including company acquisitions, corporate restructuring of business groups and commercial contracts.  

Additionally, she provides ongoing corporate advisory services to clients across various sectors and assists the Secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies.
