Inés Zubia

She is a lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has worked since 2021, having begun her professional career at a leading Spanish law firm based in Madrid. 

Her work chiefly focuses on commercial law, and specifically corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. 

She has advised on a wide range of national and international operations in connection with the acquisition of businesses, corporate restructuring of business groups, and commercial contracts. 

She also provides recurring corporate advisory for clients operating in a range of sectors, and is involved with administration of the Board Secretariat for a number of businesses.
