Iñaki Berriozabal

He is the partner leading the BSK’s Bilbao office and the head of international tax at the firm. 

A large part of his practice has been devoted to advising both national and international clients on tax planning, tax inspections, transactions involving the acquisition and sale of companies, due diligence and a wide range of economic-administrative and contentious-administrative appeals. 

He provides ongoing advisory services on matters related to the establishment of companies abroad, as well as direct and indirect taxation in foreign jurisdictions. 

In addition to assisting the firm’s English-speaking clients, he is a regular speaker at various legal forums and lectures in Tax Law at the University of Deusto (Deusto Business School).
