Iñaki Armendia

He advises both national and international clients on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing rounds, ESOP plans, joint ventures, and other collaborative arrangements. He also provides ongoing commercial advice on corporate and contractual matters to Spanish companies and international groups with interests in Spain. 

In addition, he serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors for a wide range of companies, from holding companies to industrial firms, either multinational corporations or family-owned businesses, startups, spin-offs from R&D&I centres, and entities owned by employees and managers.
