Ignacio has extensive experience in providing advice on commercial law to a wide range of investors, including corporate groups, family businesses, investment funds, private equity firms, and institutional investors. 

His expertise covers various areas of commercial law, such as assisting with investment and divestment transactions — including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), startup investment rounds, bankruptcy restructuring, and corporate reorganizations — as well as international contracting, corporate law, and financing transactions.  

He has also served as Secretary to the Board of Directors for several companies. 

Ignacio is the author and co-author of several specialist articles.
