Eva Ugarte

She joined the firm in 1993, shortly after its incorporation, and for over 10 years focused her practice on various aspects of company law, particularly commercial law, litigation, foundations and associations, as well as civil and administrative law. As the firm expanded, she specialized in advising entities within the public sector. 

Since 2007, she has headed the Public Sector Department at BSK, providing ongoing legal advisory services to public sector entities across a wide range of legal areas.  

She has been involved in numerous projects related to the creation and incorporation of public entities, as well as complex transactions within the public sector. Additionally, she provides specialized advice on public procurement, covering all stages of the process, including modification, termination, and liquidation.  

She also participates in the governing bodies of various public sector entities.
