Eva Ugarte

She joined the firm in 1993 (practically from incorporation), and so for over 10 years her activities focused on any issues relating to company law (particularly commercial law, procedural law, foundations and associations, civil and administrative law). Subsequently, when the firm expanded its operations, she specialised in organisations operating in the public sector. 

Since 2007, therefore, she has been running the Public Sector Department at BSK Legal & Fiscal, providing recurring advisory services in all legal areas for bodies working in the public sector. 

She has worked on a large number of processes to create and incorporate public entities, complex processes and operations in connection with the public sector, and also with specific advisory on public procurement, throughout all its phases, including modification, termination and liquidation. 

She also works with the management body of multiple organisations working in the public sector.
