Eugenio Garayalde

He began his professional career in BSK's commercial department and then moved to its public sector department, where he gained a wealth of experience in administrative law. He is now partner in the litigation department, and provides legal assistance in civil cases (challenges of corporate agreements, contractual and extracontractual liability, construction, insurance etc.), and in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings (environment, town planning, assets, penalties, local bodies, tax, pecuniary liability of public authorities, state aid, subsidies and public procurement). 

He also advises on contracting and property and, in coordination with other BSK departments, on commercial operations (mergers and acquisitions, reorganisation of businesses, commercial contracts etc.) from the perspective of administrative and regulatory law.
