Eugenio Garayalde

He began his professional career in BSK’s commercial department before transitioning to its public sector department, where he gained extensive experience in administrative law. He is currently a partner in the litigation department, where he provides legal assistance in civil cases, including the challenge of corporate agreements, contractual and extracontractual liability, construction, insurance, among others. He also handles administrative and contentious-administrative matters, such as environmental law, urban planning, public assets, penalties, local entities, tax issues, liability of public authorities, state aid, subsidies, and public procurement.

In addition, he advises clients on contracting and real estate matters, and, in coordination with other BSK departments, on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial contracts, all from the perspective of administrative and regulatory law.
