Eneko Guedejo

He is a lawyer in the Commercial Department at BSK (Donostia- San Sebastián office), which he joined in July 2023 after working at a law firm in Barcelona. 

His professional activity is commercial law, with a focus on corporate law, structural modifications and commercial contracting, among other areas. 

He has worked on a number of national and international operations involving structural modifications, such as mergers and spin-offs, and also the purchase of businesses. 

He also provides recurring corporate advisory to clients operating in a range of sectors, and is involved with administration of the Board Secretariat for a number of businesses.
