Elba López

She is a lawyer in the Commercial Department at BSK (Pamplona office), where she began her professional career. 

She specialises in Commercial law, chiefly focusing on corporate issues and civil and commercial contracting. 

She has worked on a number of operations involving the purchase and sale of businesses, in addition to the restructuring of corporates and also of debt, helping to optimise the business projects of clients across all sectors.
