Daniel Garcí­a

He is a lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where he has spent his entire professional career. 

He specialises in commercial law, specifically corporate law, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. 

He has worked on a large number of operations involving structural modifications, such as mergers and spin-offs, and also the purchase and sale of businesses. 

He also provides recurring corporate and contractual advisory for clients operating in a range of sectors, and is involved with administration of the Board Secretariat for a number of businesses. 

He has also advised start-ups from their initial incorporation up to consolidation, with involvement in rounds of funding.
