Daniel Garcí­a

He is a lawyer in the Commercial Department of BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where he has spent his entire professional career. 

His expertise lies in commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate law, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions.  

He has been involved in numerous transactions, including structural changes such as mergers and spin-offs, as well as the purchase and sale of companies.  

He also provides ongoing corporate and contractual advisory services to clients across a variety of sectors and assists the Secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies. 

Additionally, he has advised start-ups from their incorporation to their consolidation, including involvement in funding rounds.
