Clara Montes

She joined the BSK Tax Department as tax adviser in 2021 (Donostia-San Sebastián office), and to date she has spent all of her professional career at the company. 

Since then she has provided guidance to clients across a range of sectors on tax planning strategies and fiscal obligations. 

She also specialises in international taxation, and offers guidance to clients in transnational operations in order to reduce their tax burden and avoid dual taxation.
