Carolina Busca

She is a partner of the BSK Tax Department (Donostia-San Sebastián office) and is one of the senior leaders within the department. 

With over 25 years of experience in taxation, she specializes in corporate restructuring processes and acquisitions, indirect taxation in the real estate sector, and provides general tax advice to companies and corporate assets.  

She provides guidance on tax procedures, including the submission of administrative and contentious-administrative appeals, as well as acting before the Tax Inspectorate. 

Finally, since 2015 she has promoted the application of the taxation related to the Basque Civil Law, which further deepened her expertise in tax management for high-net-worth individuals.  

She is a regular speaker at conferences organized by BSK, as well as those hosted by Adegi and other leading organizations in the Basque Country.
