Carolina Busca

She is partner of the BSK Tax Department (Donostia-San Sebastián office), and is one of the senior figures in this Department. 

She has over 25 years' experience in tax, and she is a specialist in restructuring processes and corporate acquisitions, in indirect taxation within the property sector, and general tax advisory for companies and business assets. 

She advises on taxation procedures, submitting administrative and contentious-administrative appeals, and also taking action in relation to the Tax Inspectorate. 

Finally, in 2015 she headed up application of the taxation associated with Basque Civil Law, and this led her to specialise in tax management for major assets. 

She has been a recurring speaker at conferences organised by BSK, and also at those organised by Adegi and other major organisations in the Basque Country.
