Berenice Ávalos

She began her career in Mexico in the year 2000, working in financial auditing and tax consulting. She specialised in transfer pricing at a Big Four firm in London, where she worked for eight years. In 2016, she joined the BSK’s Transfer Pricing team, where she leads technical analysis and project management. 

She has worked on numerous projects, covering everything from design and documentation to dispute resolution, all with the common goal of helping her clients—from family businesses to multinational corporations—achieve certainty, minimize transfer pricing risks and ensure compliance with their obligations. She has analysed a wide variety of transactions, including intangibles, intra-group financing and the allocation of profits to permanent establishments. Her expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including Products and Services, Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Entertainment, and Automotive, among others.
