Berenice Ávalos

She began her career in Mexico in the year 2000, working in financial audit and tax consultancy. She specialised in transfer pricing at a Big-4 in London, where she worked for 8 years. She joined the BSK Transfer Pricing team in 2016, heading up technical analysis and project management. 

She has worked on a large number of projects (design, controversy and documentation) with the common denominator of helping her clients - from family businesses to multinationals operating on world markets - secure certainty, minimise transfer pricing risk, and guarantee compliance with their obligations in this area. She has analysed a range of operations from intangibles to intra-group financing, and allocation of profits to permanent establishments. Her sectors encompass Products and Services, Industrial, Pharma, Energy, Entertainment and Automotive, among others.
