Beatriz Ferrer

She is a legal advisor in the Commercial Department at BSK (Pamplona office), which she joined in May 2023. She is currently studying the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. 

Her practice primarily focuses on commercial law, with a particular emphasis on corporate law, commercial contracts and corporate restructuring. 

She has experience in transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies, assets and liabilities, as well as corporate restructuring, corporate financing and debt restructuring transactions. 

In addition, she provides ongoing corporate legal advice to clients across various industries and assists the Secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies.
