Beatriz Ferrer

She is a legal adviser in the commercial department at BSK (Pamplona office), which she joined in May 2023. She is now studying a master's course in lawyering and court representation. 

Her work chiefly focuses on commercial law, and specifically corporate law, commercial contracts and corporate restructuring processes. 

She has worked on operations involving purchase and sale of businesses, assets and liabilities, corporate restructuring processes, and corporate financing and debt restructuring operations. 

She also provides recurring corporate advisory to clients operating in a range of sectors, and is involved with administration of the Board Secretariat for a number of businesses.
