Ane Etxabe

She is partner of the Employment Department at BSK (Donostia-San Sebastián office), where she has been working since 2011. 

She specialises in Employment and Social Security Law, with a focus on contractual matters, litigation, administrative and penalty procedures established by the Employment Inspectorate and Social Security and collective bargaining. She also has experience advising on issues related to foreign nationals and immigration and provides guidance to businesses in the research sector and special employment centres.
