Andrés Delgado

After graduating in Law from the University of Deusto in Bilbao, he decided to specialize in tax law and pursued a Double Master’s in Legal Practice with a focus on Taxation at the Garrigues Study Centre in Madrid. 

This allowed him to start his professional career in Auren’s Tax Department at the end of 2016. After two years in Madrid, he decided to return to Bilbao and joined Deloitte, where he worked until October 2024. In November 2024, he joined BSK Legal & Fiscal’s Tax Department at the Bilbao office. 

Throughout his career, he has advised legal entities and individuals, both nationally and internationally. His work has included tax reviews, due diligence, corporate and asset restructuring transactions, reviewing and analysing potential investment structures, preparing documents for court, and handling appeals, among other responsibilities.
