Alejandro Galván

He began his professional career in 2018, at the Real Estate Department of Uría & Menéndez’s Madrid office, and later gained experience at KPMG and Deloitte, both in Bilbao. 

In 2023, he joined BSK’s Vitoria-Gasteiz office and has been actively involved with the new Bilbao office since 2024. 

Throughout his career, he has primarily advised businesses on commercial matters, including the purchase and sale of companies and acquisitions of equity stakes, shareholders’ agreements, company restructurings, corporate matters, drafting commercial documents and contracts, and conducting due diligences, among other responsibilities.
