Aitor Goñi

He is a lawyer in the Tax Department at BSK (Pamplona office), with extensive experience in providing ongoing advisory services  to businesses on various aspects of tax and accounting law. 

He is particularly specialised in the planning of corporate transactions and business reorganisation, having advised on numerous mergers and spin-offs.

He has also been involved in many inspection procedures by several tax authorities.
