Ainhoa Oliveri

She is an associate of BSK’s Public Sector Department (Donostia – San Sebastián office), which she joined in October 2001. Initially part of the Commercial Department, she transitioned to the Public Sector Department in 2007, where she played an active role in its creation and development. From 1996 to 2001 she started her professional career in a generalist law firm. 

Her speciality is public procurement, and she also has solid knowledge of the commercial sector and non-profitmaking organisations. 

She provides legal advice for all kinds of public-sector entities, advising on their internal organisation and public procurement at every stage of the process. She likewise assists these entities with administrative appeals submitted against their acts, and in any action that may be taken against them by the relevant Authorities. She also participates in the governing body (Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, Executive Board) of some of them as Deputy Secretary or Legal Adviser. 

She has been a speaker at various training programs and courses on public procurement.
