After completing the design work, we assist our clients in implementing transfer pricing policies, establishing the control, and monitoring framework.
Another key area of our work is the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Master and Local Files) for businesses located in the Basque Country, Navarra, Spanish Common Territory, and abroad. We leverage our international network (Globalaw) to ensure compliance with regulations in other countries. Additionally, we prepare legal contracts as needed.
