Additionally, we assist with land title proceedings, declarations of new construction, condominium and co-ownership agreements, time-sharing arrangements, and property grouping, aggregation, segregation, and division.
In the area of Succession Law, our natural sphere of action has made us specialists in the Civil and Regional Law of the Basque Country and Navarra. We have extensive experience in planning and drafting wills (such as ordinary open wills, joint wills, will curatorship, and handwritten wills) and other succession formats (including succession agreements, mortis causa donations, and trusts), both under Spanish Common Law and the Regional Law of the Basque Country and Navarra.
