Juan Recalde

Since I began working in the legal consultancy field in 1997, most of my work has involved advising companies, particularly in the field of mercantile law, developing full global consultancy work.

I joined the BSK procedural department when it was set up, specialising in this field and particularly focusing my work on legal management of bankruptcy procedures, my area of responsibility at BSK, in my work as a bankruptcy administrator and in legal management of disputes, mainly in civil jurisdiction.

I also continue to advise non profit-making organisations, an area in which I specialised right from the start, working with different technology centres, helping to set them up and acting as the legal adviser for the Board.

Finally, I am a mediator for the Gipuzkoa Chamber Court of Mediation.
