José Mari Juárez

I began my career working in the headquarters of a bank in Germany. After graduating, my main interest was to carry on acquiring knowledge and experience so I joined the auditing division of PwC. In the 8 years I worked there, as well as auditing, I learnt to manage teams and projects in high-pressure environments.
By 2006, I had been thinking about changing course and devoting my career to managing a company. Around that time I got a call from Luis Unceta who told me about BSK, its values and the growth project for the firm. He needed a managing director to manage the project that employed 20 people at the time.
I joined BSK in September 2006 because the project won me over. It brought together two aspects that were important for me: professionalism and humanity. We have continued to evolve and grow ever since: with new offices, people, clients, services... This constant evolution has allowed me, from my management position, to develop as a professional and a person.
